Successive bands play on the main stage, along with an exciting Battle of the Bands. The turtles take off at 4 p.m. July 4 -- watch 1,000 plastic turtles race to win prizes for their corresponding ticket holders in this Bartlett Parks Foundation Fundraiser. $10 for one turtle or a "shell shocker pack" of 11 for $100. Proceeds go toward Foundation projects.
The fest also has a tent where all of Bartlett's nonprofit organizations can meet the public. Don't forget the Fourth of July parade is 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 3.
