St. Charles screening of comedian’s documentary
Comedian and Hanover Park native Steve Mazan’s documentary about struggling to realize his dream to appear on “The Late Show with David Letterman” after being diagnosed with incurable liver cancer is screening Sunday, June 26, in St. Charles.
Mazan will host a question-and-answer session following a showing of the movie at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Arcada Theatre at 105 E. Main St. in St. Charles.
The award-winning movie, “Dying to do Letterman,” follows Mazan, his wife Denise and their friends’ efforts to land the comedian a booking on the show of his comedy idol.
