The brewmaster knows all at Emmett's Brewing Company's monthly dinners. Join him Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Palatine for an evening that begins at 6:30 p.m. with beer samples and tours of the brewery. Dinner includes a prosciutto-wrapped jumbo prawns appetizer, smoked pork and white bean bisque, a black currant sorbet, pan-seared duck breast entree and mint chocolate mousse for dessert. The cost is $59.95 per person.
