All-around champ Gianfrancesco leads Prospect past Buffalo GroveDec 7, 2021 6:00 AM - As a freshman last season, Prospect's Emily Gianfrancesco never knew what it was like to compete in front of a high school crowd. Prospect is off to a very good start this season. Led by Gianfrancesco, the Knights won their second meet of the season, outscoring Buffalo Grove 136.25 to 132.95 Monday in Mt. Prospect.

Hare's 41 lead Naperville North over BataviaDec 6, 2021 10:31 PM - Naperville North graduated a superstar in Greta Kampschroeder. They gained another one in Kenzie Hare. The senior transfer from Bartlett put on a show Monday night in the Huskies' 75-59 non-conference victory over Batavia. Needing 37 points to reach the 2,000-point mark for her career, Hare poured in 41 points as Naperville North ran its winning streak to eight games to begin the 2021-22 season.

At 6-foot-4, Warden can get overlooked on a team full of talented players. Besides that, Warden's also the shortest senior starter on the Hilltoppers. But Warden saved one of the best games of his career for the brightest stage on Sunday afternoon.
