Learn the basics of Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, at the Geneva Public Library, 127 James St.

It will cover creating, inserting, deleting, and reordering slides; modifying layouts; creating transitions; changing the presentation view; working with text boxes, graphs, pictures, sounds, and charts; and more.
