One shot in Hanover Park

Hanover Park firefighters took a male gunshot victim to the hospital this afternoon.

Officials responded at 4:16 p.m. to find the shooting victim on the 2100 block of Sycamore Avenue. The victim was taken to St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
