Three injured in Wadsworth crash

Three people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash Monday morning in Wadsworth.

At 7:35 a.m., the Newport Township Fire Protection District responded to the crash scene at Rt. 173 and Kilbourne Road.

One of the victims had to be freed from a vehicle, authorities said, but all victims' injuries were minor.

The crash remains under investigation.
