Annual Race to Wrigley charity run on April 25

The fourth annual "Race to Wrigley," a popular 5K run (chip-timed) and 5K fun run that starts and finishes at Wrigley Field, will be held April 25.

The races begin at 8 a.m. and starts at Waveland Avenue and Clark Street. The course route is through the streets of the Lake View neighborhood before returning to the stadium, where participants run through Wrigley Field's ground-level concourse and finish under the ballpark's famed marquee at Clark and Addison.

The event benefits Chicago Cubs Charities, which supports community groups and organizations, programs and projects in the neighborhoods near Wrigley Field and throughout the Chicago area.
