Rush-Copley gets high marks:

Rush-Copley Medical Center's recent employee engagement survey revealed the hospital's employees are among the most satisfied in the nation. Responses placed the Aurora hospital among the top 5 percent of hospitals surveyed nationally. The annual survey measures the level of engagement employees have through their response to questions about work environment, whether they would refer a friend or family member or consider looking for another job. According to the survey, 86 percent are "extremely satisfied" at work and 85 percent would refer others.

Park district plans job fair:

Hundreds of seasonal and part-time positions will be available when Fox Valley Park District holds a job fair from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday at the Prisco Community Center, 150 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora. Jobs include ground crew members, camp counselors and class instructors. Job descriptions and application forms are available at foxvalleyparkdistrict.org.

Shave for St. Baldrick's:

Police officers from Aurora and surrounding communities will shave their heads in exchange for donations to St. Baldrick's Foundation from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Mike and Denise's, 1760 N. Farnsworth Ave., Aurora. St. Baldrick's Foundation funds childhood cancer research. The event will also feature a raffle with cash prizes. Buy, sell cash registers:

The Cash Register Collectors Club will hold a swap meet from noon to 3 p.m. April 2 in the back parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express, 1600 E. Main St. (Route 64), St. Charles. Participants can buy and sell antique cash registers and cash register parts. The club will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the hotel.
