Neighborhood 11: Neighborhood 11 is having a breakfast buffet at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Golden Corral, 1591 S. Randall in Algonquin. This will be a great way to socialize and get to know your neighbors. Cost of the buffet for seniors is $8.34, which includes your beverage. There are 74 items on the buffet including an omelet station. Payment will be made at the cashier when you arrive, but the restaurant is asking for a head count. The Tiara Tea Society: invites you to lunch at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at the Pinecrest Restaurant, 11220 Algonquin Road, Huntley. Lunch will be off the menu and you will receive separate checks. Selections range in price from $8 to $13 and include soups, sandwiches, wraps, full lunch, desserts, and beverages.
