They don't really care about parking

I recently have seen the CommUnity Party flier from Hanover Park that is being handed out and what an insult as a long time resident!

They say they have concerns with village parking? A few years ago I went to a board meeting presenting this issue and I was told by one of the existing village trustees that I should consider moving and that it is an ordinance that was set years ago.

I went to another board meeting this past year and the resident that complained was informed the same thing. If these people have been in office all these years, why are they all of a sudden now concerned?

My only guess is that they are up for election and if they get re-elected, it will be the same old, same old -- no change.
