Chloe's Bill will stop bad breeders

I was so happy to hear Chloe's Bill was being considered here in Illinois. It is about time that a stop be put to the abuse of animals.

The bill states 20 dogs allowed for each breeder. When you consider that a large breed dog can have 10 or more pups per litter, how is that keeping the police and other agencies from getting a dog?

It is people like Jessica Frost that think you have to mass produce puppies that think this way. The time has come to put a stop to all the pain and suffering these poor animals have endured for so many years. If this was the case and you were so concerned about the bad breeders, why then didn't you come forward to stop the mistreatment that was going on? We need these tough requirements to finally stop all the cruelty and give these poor animals a voice, and thank God Congressman Frisk saw to it that we need this bill to be passed. Hopefully all other states will pass a bill just like this one and keep our animals free from torture.
