Graue Mill and Museum

Graue Mill and Museum, York and Spring roads, Oak Brook, is open from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays, except holidays. Shearing and spinning: The Sheep Shearing and Spinning Challenge will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday. Master shearer Harold Davis will demonstrate sheep shearing on the hour. Graue Mill volunteers also will demonstrate how raw fleece is spun into wool yarn, which visitors will be able to try.

Art show: The Graue Mill and Museum Fine Arts Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 8. More than 40 artists will exhibit and sell works in a variety of media. Admission is free.

Antique fair: The Graue Mill and Museum Antique and Vintage Fair will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 12 at the Oak Brook Polo Club, 700 Oak Brook Road. The event will include more than 50 vendors, free appraisals from 1 to 3 p.m., music, food and more. Admission costs $7.
