Grant's Grove, a new single-family home community, features large homes for young families with children on oversized home sites in a picturesque setting surrounded by nature.

This home has a relaxed, transitional interior with dark cherry woods and a rust and olive color scheme with chocolate and black accents.

Columns define the formal living and dining room on either side of the two-story foyer. The living room has a bay window, and is furnished with a rust sofa and love seat, animal print chair and two gold-framed paintings above the sofa. An ornate gold-framed mirror highlights the formal dining room. Although the table is set for eight, the room is large enough to accommodate an even larger table for holiday family gatherings.
