Today's show runs until 9 p.m. Friday's schedule is 1-9 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Fishing report
There's still plenty of cold weather left and thick ice on area lakes.
Fox Chain: Lots of safe ice (over 12 inches) throughout the Chain. Crappie action is an on-again-off-again situation on Lake Marie and Channel Lake. Bluegill fishing is excellent on Pistakee Lake. White bass fishing has been very good on Nippersink and Fox Lakes. The NICC Ice derby takes place this weekend on the Chain.
West Loon: Thre's very good panfish action near the rail tracks.
Lake Delavan, Wis.: Up until Tuesday, crappie angling had been excellent with big fish taken from shallow water. Action has slowed, but it could pick up by the weekend.
Lake Michigan: Perch action is decent around Navy Pier.
