Kicked off ballot, but vows to be back

The purpose of collecting signatures of registered voters is to show that you have enough support through the community to be on the ballot and run for the position.

I fulfilled all the support criteria of having over 105 signatures of registered voters. I was removed from the ballot for not filling in the state and county on the signature petitions.

I was shocked that it took the collective efforts of the Acting Village President of Wheeling, Dean Argiris, and candidate Stuart Shapiro to remove me from the ballot.

It was an eventful learning experience for me and I am willing to stick around another four years and run against these same fellows.

In the meantime I will be putting all my energy and support behind Patrick Horcher for president of the Village of Wheeling in Cook and Lake counties and Michael Horcher for trustee for the Village of Wheeling in Cook and Lake counties.
