Fox's Sean Hannity says media 'too easy' on Blagojevich

Fox News' conservative talk show host Sean Hannity says interviewers have been "too easy" on ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

In an interview that aired Wednesday night, Hannity asked Blagojevich to put his alleged statements that Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat was "(expletive) golden" in context. He says Blagojevich had to remember saying it.

But Blagojevich insisted he's never heard the tapes of the alleged conversations that took place over weeks and when the whole context is heard, he'll be vindicated. He called Hannity a "good cross-examiner."

Blagojevich has shuttled back and forth to New York doing national TV interviews to profess his innocence since his arrest on federal corruption charges and removal from office.
