Harney a friend to open space fans

I have long been a fan of Sue Harney and her efforts to improve the Dundee Township Open Space program. She's done wonders for our township and brought in millions in grant funding to improve these properties not just for our enjoyment, but to protect valuable natural resources and the future of our water supply. The flap over the long-overdue salary increase, recently voted on for the supervisor's position, is laughable when you consider the millions she's brought into our township and the wealth of knowledge she brings to the position. Not to mention the fiscal stability of the township under her stewardship.

To lose the experience and passion for conservation that Sue Harney brings us would be tragic, so I hope Dundee Township residents will join me in supporting Susan Harney in Tuesday's primary election Feb. 24.
