Is snow plan to wait for a sunny day?

It's been over three weeks since it last snowed and downtown Libertyville still has snow everywhere. To get to the stores you need to climb over mounds of snow. It is dangerous and I'm sure the downtown merchants aren't happy about the mess it brings into their shops. With the new parking garage being built there is a shortage of parking spaces as it is, we don't need snow taking up many valuable spaces. I wonder if Libertyville's idea of snow removal is warm weather.
