Precious cargo in for bumpier ride
My name is Leslie Ross and I drive a school bus. There are many roads in Lake County that have become so dangerous and so full of potholes that I cannot drive my bus at the set speed limit.
The bumps can seriously hurt the children.
To all drivers of cars and minivans and SUVs and also all of you on the cell phones, please do not swear at me or any other bus driver who cannot go the speed limit of our countrywide roadway system.
It's a very serious situation for the children who are inside the bus.
Please, you guys feel the bumps in your vehicles, and magnify that by 20 to 50 times, that's our ride in the school bus.
Please understand the school bus!!!
