Remember pitfalls of Roe vs. Wade

Thursday marked the 36th Anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision. Seven men gave American women the right to legally kill their offspring. Since then, more than 50 million American babies have died by abortion. Today, more than 50 percent of the women seeking an abortion have already had at least one previous abortion.

Within these statistics, a genocide of African-Americans is occurring - blacks comprise about 15 percent of the U.S. population, but about 30 percent of abortions are done on African-American women. Is this the dream Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. envisioned?

Barack Obama accepted the endorsement of NARAL (National Abortion Rights League); is he an accomplice in this genocide?

Access to life-giving help for a crisis pregnancy can be found in the yellow pages of your local phone book under "abortion - alternatives."
