Democrats' idea of change a bad one

Two pertinent realities to keep in mind in this election.

1. Both the U.S. Senate and House are in firm Democrat control, with Pelosi and Reid as the respective leaders. These two, through their personal hate attacks on Republicans and their campaign of class warfare and divisiveness, have rightfully earned each of them being considered the most despicable and evil human beings that I have seen in 40 years of following the political scene. This troika, with the addition of Obama as president, will rule as dictators whose modus operandi will be one of hate and divisiveness, and bring about a fundamental change to the American economy by transforming it from individual initiative to government sponsored socialism (i.e. redistribution of wealth). And there is no one to stop them. Is this the sobering reality with which we want to be greeted the morning after the previous day's euphoria of "change?"

2. If Obama thinks (and advocates) that to precipitously withdraw our troops from Iraq before the Iraqis can in fact assume their own protection and deploy these withdrawn troops to Afghanistan, that the al-Qaida terrorists won't immediately pour back into Iraq and win there with the help of Iran, he has to be naive, dishonest or ignorant. Obama, the foreign policy expert, seems to have a hard time understanding that the war with the jihadists is in both Iraq and Afghanistan, so that it is not on American soil. That has kept us safe for the last seven years.
