Governor has history of improper actions

There are other reasons to impeach the governor.

The governor, by executive order, forced pharmacists to fill morning after abortion pill prescriptions even if the pharmacist feels the pills poses a danger to the woman because of other drugs she is taking or other reasons he may have concerns.

This is a violation of the Hippocratic oath (a pre-Christian oath that Pharmacist and Doctors have taken since 300 BC... that they would do no harm or prescribe poisons.)

By what authority did he give this order?

Does he feel he is a King?
