W. Dundee Montessori to hold open house

Children's House Montessori School will hold a public open house for parents wanting more information on Montessori education.

The open house will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, in the 3-6 year old classroom at 417 W. Main St., West Dundee. The school is held at the Bethlehem Community Ministry Center, Fifth and Main streets.

Parents can view the Montessori environment and learn how the individualized curriculum can help children learn to their full potential.

Children's House Montessori School has been in the Dundee Township area since 1991 offering 3- to 6-year-old preschool including full-day kindergarten, and 6- to 9-year-old elementary programs.

They have certified Montessori-trained teachers in every classroom with one teacher for every eight to 10 students and are full-affiliate members of The American Montessori Society.
