Carlini supportive of new business

Jim Carlini recently announced candidacy for village president of East Dundee. I am a resident as well as a business owner in East Dundee. Mr. Carlini has been very supportive of my business.

I first met him at a village board meeting when I first proposed my business concept to the village in 2007. After the meeting he took the time to come over to me and tell me he was very excited about my restaurant opening in downtown East Dundee. He was excited about any and all new businesses in town.

During the construction of the restaurant I would run into Mr. Carlini about town. He always asked for an update and always seemed excited about the approaching grand opening. Since we opened for business in September, Mr. Carlini has been a strong supporter of my restaurant, both as a patron as well as referring and bringing new customers to us.

He is all about change for the future of East Dundee. I have not been here for much of the past, I can only be hopeful for our future. We have learned in the recent elections that the people want change and have hope for our future. Mr. Carlini is a strong representation of both of these things. He has earned both my support as well as my respect.
