Edward Morain, 40, of Arlington Heights and his former college roommate from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, talk politics for hours.
The men, who have remained close friends over the years, are going to the inauguration together.
Morain's buddy works for the Embassy of Thailand and is doing a 4-year posting in the United States. "He was offered four tickets and asked me to go. I'm pretty excited," said Morain.
