4 women charged with killing man
Four Chicago women have been charged with first degree murder for the stabbing death of a 30-year-old man.
Prosecutors say the women, identified as Tiffany Cox, Carmelita Hall and Miesha Nelson, all 25 years old, and 22-year-old Roslind Ball, were playing cards with Morris Wilson in Cox's apartment early Sunday when an argument began. Wilson was asked to leave.
Assistant State's Attorney LuAnn Snow said as Wilson walked out the door, he allegedly threw a beer bottle, allegedly prompting Nelson to suggest Wilson should be beaten.
The women, one of whom was armed with a kitchen knife, tracked the man down several blocks away and attacked him. Authorities say each woman took turns stabbing Wilson.
Police followed a blood trail back to Cox's apartment, where the women were arrested.
