Kimball Hill part of Payton fundraiser

Rolling Meadows-based Kimball Hill Homes announces it will once again participate in the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation's Seventh Annual Holiday Giving Drive, which helps provide toys and gifts for in-need children.

Through the years, the WCPF has provided for children in the Chicagoland area. Beginning this year, they are extending their reach to include families throughout Illinois.

Collection boxes for new, unwrapped gifts, such as toys, books or clothing, for newborns up to age 18, will be located at each of the builder's 10 Chicago-area communities as well as at their corporate headquarters, 5999 New Wilke Road Suite 306. in Rolling Meadows. The boxes will be out now through Dec. 9.

The company's headquarters is also the drop-off location for the city of Rolling Meadows.

"Last year, the foundation provided gifts to more than 20,000 in-need children, and this year, we're hoping to help even more," said Jack Wexelberg, regional president of Kimball Hill Homes.
