Crowe Horwath completes merger

OAK BROOK - Crowe Horwath LLP, one of the top 10 public accounting and consulting firms in the nation, said Monday it has completed its previously-announced combination of practices with New York-based Hays & Co. LLP. The two firms signed an agreement to combine in February.
