Akorn announces management change

LAKE FOREST - Akorn Inc. announced that Arthur Przybyl, president and chief executive officer, is leaving the company. Pending selection of a new president and CEO, a committee of three board members will oversee operations and identify Przybyl's replacement. Acorn manufactures and markets sterile specialty pharmaceuticals.
