Scouting report Constable - who was a first-year assistant - had just two weeks to prepare after Steve Cochrane's unexpected resignation in mid-October. Credit his young team for taking change in stride. "I told my assistant the other day I can't imagine things going as well as they have up to this point," said the first-time head coach. "The girls have done everything I have asked of them." Constable will count on two sophomores to carry a heavy load. Okoro, a solid 6-foot-1, was the area's leading rebounder last season at over 12 per game and can finish near the basket with either hand. "I didn't realize how skilled she was," Constable said. "The girls that go against her in practice are scared of her." McNally, thrown into the fire last year as a seldom-substituted point guard, returns in the backcourt.
