Take a look at who is punished for DUI

With all the articles written about the changes in the drinking laws passed in January, I have only one wish, and that is that they would pass the law as enforced. It is enforced against people like the construction workers, who build our roads and breath dust all day, business folks that work and create jobs, and people that work hard and perspire all day. It should state that punishment for drinking and driving does not apply to sports figures, politicians, TV personalities, and movie personalities. At least then I wouldn't feel bad when they are stopped three and four times for drinking and are free to keep their license. You have all seen in the paper when they are stopped but how many are in prison?
