Pulte opens models at 3 neighborhoods

Pulte Homes has announced the grand opening of decorated model homes at three of its most popular communities in the north suburbs. The model homes are at Cypress Park in Zion and Grant's Grove in Lindenhurst. Pulte will also debut two townhouse models at Meadow Wood in Lake Zurich.

Cypress Park in Zion features a relaxed layout with fully sodded home sites, natural wetlands and an open park area. The homes feature standard full basements, large game rooms and two or three-car attached garages. Cypress Park has been planned for 202 luxury single-family homes with base prices starting at $251,990.

Pulte has four two-story floor plans at Cypress Park, ranging in size from 2,140 up to 3,341 square feet. The homes include three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, large family rooms open to the breakfast area and kitchen, second floor lofts/game rooms, full basements and attached two or three-car garages. Each home also has a master suite with walk-in closet and full private bath.

The Versailles is one of the new models at Cypress Park. This plan is a 2,362-square-foot home with three bedrooms, an oversized loft, 2½ baths, a center-island kitchen with breakfast bar, a large combination living and dining room, an oversized master suite with walk-in closet and private bath plus a two-car attached garage. This plan is priced from $263,990.

The second new model home at Cypress Park is the Erwin, which measures 3,341 square feet. This home has four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a second-floor family room with walk-in closet, a combination living and dining room, an oversized family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area plus a three-car attached garage.

The new Versailles and Erwin models join the Peyton model already on display at this community.

Grant's Grove combines a mature wooded setting with natural wetlands and several scenic water features to create a park-like atmosphere. Practically all of the homes back to trees, water or the 33-acres of open space within the community, with numerous cul-de-sac locations that create an enclave-like feel.

Pulte offers four two-story floor plans at Grant's Grove ranging in size from 2,470 to 3,422 square feet. The homes are four bedroom designs with 2½ baths, luxury master suites with walk-in closet and private full bath, large open family room, kitchen and breakfast areas, basements and two or three-car attached garages.

The new furnished model is the Wilshire, a popular plan at this community. The Wilshire measures 2,470 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, formal living and dining rooms, an oversized family room open to the center island kitchen, corner den, full basement and two-car attached garage. This plan also highlights a master suite with separate retreat area, full bath and large walk-in closet. This home starts at $369,900.

The new Wilshire model at Grant's Grove joins the furnished Scarborough model at the community.

Grant's Grove is located off Gelden Road in Lindenhurst. Today, Pulte opens two decorated and furnished models at Meadow Wood in Lake Zurich. This low maintenance townhouse community is located just off Rand Road/Route 12 and features 76 court style townhouses with prices starting at $299,990.

Pulte offers five different floor plans at Meadow Wood, designed as a two or three-story court style townhouse with a rear-load two-car garage. The floor plans are sized from 1,716 up to 2,146 square feet and include two to three bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft (per plan), large eat-in kitchens, formal dining rooms, great rooms, lower level family rooms and luxury master suites with private baths and walk-in closets.

Meadow Wood is a low maintenance community, with all outdoor landscape care and snow removal taken care of through the monthly association fee. The neighborhood spans 20-acres, including an eight-acre nature preserve and trail that makes its way throughout the community. There are also several ponds and a beautiful cedar gazebo.

The two new models opening in December are the Fenwick I and the Windham.

The Fenwick I is sized at 2,068 square feet with two bedrooms, loft (convertible into a third bedroom), a center island kitchen with breakfast room and private deck, great room and a fully finished lower level family room. This plan starts at $299,990.

The Windham is a two-story home that measures 1,716 square feet. This layout has two bedrooms, a lower level den (which can be configured to a third bedroom). a combination great room and dining room open to the eat-in kitchen with private deck and a master suite on the main level with a separate retreat area with balcony, walk-in closet and private full bath. This plan is priced from $314,990.
