When The Bible and PETA agree

Genesis verse 1:29 is irrefutably compelling.

That Biblical edict declared that when mankind was created in paradise, he was vegetarian and lived in peace with all God's other creatures.

After the fall of man, the slaughter of animals and the killing of fellow humans became rampant and has perpetuated for centuries.

Recent scientific studies have indeed confirmed that the violent beef, pork, poultry and fishing industries have caused more pollution, global warming, despair and planetary damage than all the harmful emissions released by planes, trains, automobiles and boats.

Meatless diets are now a spiritual, environmental, moral and planetary imperative to save the earth and make it green and pristine.

On this subject, the Bible and PETA wholeheartedly agree.

That's grounds for glee!
