Builder has new models
Naperville-based J. Lawrence Homes announced the grand opening of two new decorated models at their single-family home community, Silver Leaf, in Joliet.
Located on Houbolt Road, just south of Route 52, Silver Leaf offers five floor plans measuring from 2,019- to 2,674-square feet with two to four bedrooms, 2 to 2½ baths and attached two-car garages. They are base-priced from the $220,000s to the $260,000s. Amenities include several ponds, a park and a walking trail that connects to Troy Heritage Trail Elementary School.
The two new models depict the 2,297-square-foot Arcadia and the 2,674-square-foot Greensward plans, showing a blend of both standard and upgraded features.
The first model is the 2,297-square-foot Arcadia, which has four bedrooms plus a loft, 2½ baths, and is base-priced from the $240,000s. It is shown with an upgraded elevation with a front porch and partial brick and shake-shingle details.
The Arcadia has nine-foot ceilings standard on the main level with a combined living and dining room, family room with an optional fireplace, and an eat-in kitchen with an optional island.
The home also features a mud room and a seating area along the kitchen counter. Families also like the second-level loft as a spot for a second TV area and the basement, which could be a play room. The home includes a second-level laundry and a dual bowl vanity in the shared hall bath.
The other model at Silver Leaf, the four-bedroom, 2½-bath Greensward, shows an upgraded elevation that includes a partial brick façade and a covered entryway.
The main level of the Greensward has an open layout with formal living and dining areas, a family room with an optional fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with an optional island, a den, and a powder room. Like all homes at the community, it features nine-foot first floor ceilings. The main level is shown with a combination of hardwood floors and carpeting.
There is a double entry closet, kitchen pantry, and coat closet inside the back door.
Notable features of the second floor include the full-sized laundry room with an optional laundry sink, and a spa-inspired master bath with a corner soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, two vanities and a compartmentalized toilet. The master bedroom suite also has his-and-hers walk-in closets and is shown with an upgraded volume ceiling.
The Greensward is base-priced from the $260,000s.
