I-90 access key for Loves Park homes

Hallmark Homes, the residential development branch of Rubloff USA, has released new home sites at Central Park, a neighborhood in Loves Park. This neighborhood located off Orth Road features a setting with rolling hills surrounding a pond.

"We are attracting buyers from the Chicago suburbs as well as local families due to the access to I-90 at Riverside," said marketing agent Debbie Maxvold.

Ranch and two-story plans are offered, featuring open designs with 9-foot ceilings on the first level, full basement, an owner's suite with soaking tub and separate shower, and wood-burning fireplace among the standard items in each home. Homes range from about 2,000 to about 4,000 square feet and range in price from the $190,000's to the mid $200,000's.

The Ashport model, a three-bedroom ranch highlighted by a great room and island kitchen with a hearth room has been one of the most popular plans.

Another popular model is the Huntington with 2,953 square feet, formal living/dining rooms, two-story family room adjacent to the island kitchen with optional planning desk and a first-floor den.

The recently introduced 3,689-square-foot Oxford may be configured to include five bedrooms and four baths, including one on the first level.

Design choices to customize the homes include a four-car tandem garage, granite and solid-surface counters and custom cabinets.
