Obama gives us no reason to celebrate

So what does the Obama inauguration mean to me?

It means Obama, with the help of the media has done an absolutely brilliant job of suppressing information and keeping us all in suspense of what his policies might be, let alone how he's going to achieve them and pay for them.

It's funny how the Bush administration gets all the blame for letting people like Chris Dodd and Barney Frank, both heavily involved in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, direct these institutions to deliberately make bad loans to people who have no business getting a loan in the first place. Then, they conveniently insinuate the current administration has pulled the wool over their eyes. Please.

It also seems strange that no one in the media is asking Obama how he is going pay for the various bailouts he has proposed. He says he's going to raise taxes on the rich while giving 95 percent of all working people a tax cut.

Excuse me, but the last time I checked, more than 40 percent of those people don't pay any taxes in the first place, which amounts to them getting free money! He fails to realize the reason most people in this country have a job is because of the rich, of which the upper 2-3 percent cover more than 50 percent of all taxes paid in this country.

Tax them more and deeper job cuts await to cover the addition taxes charged. I fear the incoming administration will make the Carter years look prosperous.

Here you go America, you got what you voted for but I doubt it's what you wanted.
