Two incumbents, newcomer file in Kildeer

Two incumbents and a newcomer have filed for three Kildeer village board seats that will be on the April ballot.

Incumbents Bill Johnson and Les Sokolowski filed nominating petitions today to run for another 4-year term on the village board. Newcomer Keith Kovanda also filed petitions to join the race.

Candidates throughout Lake County began filing nominating petitions today to secure a spot on the ballot. The filing period runs through Monday, Dec. 20.
