PharMEDium inks deal with Child Health
LAKE FOREST — David N. Jonas, CEO of PharMEDium Healthcare Corp., announced an enhanced agreement with Child Health Corp. of America, an affiliate of Premier, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

There are 13 CHCA Owner Hospitals utilizing PharMEDium for Outsourced Pharmacy Compounding Services, said Ben Lizak, Manager, Pharmacy Contracting for CHCA “Now, all 34 Owner Hospitals that participate in CHCA's Group Purchasing Services program can benefit from even more savings on hundreds of sterile IV admixtures that they can obtain quickly and conveniently from a trusted Premier business partner,” Lizak said.
Child Health Corporation of America children's hospitals represent more than 20,000 physicians, 135,000 employees, $25 billion in revenue and $2.1 billion in overall medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products. CHCA is headquartered in Shawnee Mission, Kan.
