Not all are swayed by retail come-ons

Dear area mall managers (and you know who you are):

For the holiday season you and your staff do not need “shoppers,” you need buyers, and in this current economy, I wish you good luck.

No retail come-on/advertisement, open on Thanksgiving, open at 4 a.m., entices me and my wallet to visit your establishments. I will not spend what I do not have. I only wish there were others who were similar minded, as the retail barrage of the Christmas and any other holiday needs to be strongly curtailed.
