Government good at disregarding laws

Muslims have a right to build a mosque where they choose - it is the freedom of religion. But our government has always found ways of getting around laws it didn't want to regard. An example is Obama's attempt to legalize illegals by circumventing Congress. On other occasions our freedoms have been compromised through wire tapping, searches without warrants and incarceration without charges.

So, how serious would it be to use the right of eminent domain for some trumped-up reason? Pay the Muslims for their land with our phony money right off the press, and let them relocate.

I don't see anyone really fighting to get our freedoms back. So, what the heck?
