Business group looks at what's ahead for economy

The Greater O'Hare Association is hosting a Commercial Real Estate, Design and Construction Breakfast Wednesday, Sept. 29 at Belvedere Banquets, 1170 W. Devon Ave., Elk Grove Village.

A panel of representatives from state, county and local economic development offices and a commercial real estate professional will discuss recent success stories, incentives for locating a business in northern Illinois and what's in store for 2010 and 2011.

Panelists include: Roger Hopkins, president of Choose DuPage; Chris Sala, assistant managing director in the Office of Trade & Investment for the state of Illinois; Josh Grodzin, director of business development & marketing for Elk Grove Village; and Rick Daly, principal for Darwin Realty & Development.
