Exercise programs geared for autism

The Exercise Connection Program, created by autism fitness specialist David S. Geslak, provides the visual, tactile and sensory supports to help children and adults be successful, improve their self-esteem and make exercise a part of their lifestyle.

The EC Program will last throughout the fall, winter and summer of 2011. Youth and adults will learn sports, lifetime fitness activities such as yoga, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Individual exercise sessions are 60 minutes. Group sessions are 60 minutes with a maximum of eight participants per session.
