Make a gingerbread house Thursday at Palatine library

The Palatine Public Library District will host a family gingerbread house program for cardholders from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

Geared for children 4 and older, the evening will afford families a chance to decorate a gingerbread house together. The library will provide supplies, but officials said families are limited to one house apiece.
