Giannoulias should pay, not hike, taxes

The fact that Alexi Giannoulias wants a hike in the state's income tax but doesn't pay any taxes himself for 2009 strikes me as hypocritical to say the least. A multimillionaire who helped cause the failure of Broadway Bank shouldn't be asking taxpayers to give more to what's been a completely incompetent government in stimulating our economy.
