Raises show Quinn is out of touch

I have always been a believer of "when in doubt about incumbents, replace them". With Gov. Quinn, there is no doubt. He released hundreds of convicts early, exposing citizens to additional crimes, which many of these convicts committed after their release.

Now, when the state of Illinois is losing employees (including state police, educators, etc.) he has the gall to give many of his people raises averaging over 11 percent!

There is no reason to retain a governor who is living in a fantasy world not shared by Illinois residents.
