Spots open on McHenry Cty. health board

The McHenry County Board is accepting applications from dentists and physicians interested in appointment to the McHenry County Board of Health.

There are two positions vacant for unexpired terms that end on June 30, 2011. One position must be filled by a dentist, the other by a physician. Application forms are available at the county board office, Room 209, McHenry County Government Center, 667 Ware Road, Woodstock.

Completed applications should be returned to the county office no later than 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5. If mailing an application, certified or registered mail is recommended.
