Passports would prove citizenship

Here's a simple solution to the devisiveness over Arizona's immigration law. Require all adults in the U.S. to carry their passports. Citizens would need to get one if they already don't have one. But all noncitizens should already have one as they legally entered the country. Then, when anyone is stopped by the police, this should be a checked ID.

Problem solved.
