Bean distorted facts in primary election

I've read the letters talking about Melissa Bean's lack of public meetings with her constituents and her failure to return phone calls. Even more appalling to me was her blatant and calculated dishonesty in her primary campaign in 2010, where I remember getting her mailings about abortion, which claimed opponent David McSweeney did not support exceptions to a ban in cases of rape, incest, or endangering the life of the mother, when he was on record as calling for those exceptions.

McSweeney called her on this, asking her to retract the falsehoods, but she refused, thinking that nothing was too low for her to stoop to in order to get elected. This time, let's pay that dishonesty back and vote Bean out and her new opponent, Joe Walsh, in.
