Post office lot a cratered mess

The West Dundee Post Office parking lot is a disgrace! It's one pothole after another. I sent an e-mail to the West Dundee village and received three responses. They are as concerned as I am, but tell me it's the responsibility of the federal government.

What can I do to see that the parking lot is resurfaced? I'm sure other citizens are as concerned as I am.
